Hey, We are Patrick & Julie. Our journey began with one special home in the Davenport–Orlando area—originally purchased as a family vacation retreat and a warm haven for our parents to enjoy during the winter months. What started as a personal getaway quickly revealed something bigger: we had a passion for creating spaces where people could rest, reconnect, and feel truly cared for. In many ways, it felt like a natural extension of our work in the medical field—another avenue to serve people during meaningful moments of their lives.
As we hosted more guests, we recognized an important need for peaceful, home-like stays for families traveling for medical care. That led us to expand into providing furnished homes near Mayo Clinic, offering more than just a place to sleep—we could offer comfort, normalcy, and kindness to those navigating challenging seasons. From there, StayScapes continued to grow, now serving medical travelers, business professionals, remote workers, vacationing families, corporate stays, and guests seeking an elevated home-away-from-home across multiple destinations.
Today, our collection continues to expand—intentionally and thoughtfully. Every StayScapes home is curated with comfort, quality, and guest experience at the forefront. Whether it’s a cozy, charming home, a modern apartment, or a relaxing getaway, each space is designed to help guests breathe easier, live comfortably, and feel at home.
We live in a small Minnesota town with our sweet dog, Grace, and we have five grown children—now welcoming our first grandchild into the family. Because family is the heart of our life, it naturally became the heart of our hospitality. We host the way we live—with warmth, intentionality, and care.
