About Us
Hi, we’re Patrick & Julie.
Our journey began with one special home in the Davenport–Orlando area—originally purchased as a family retreat and a place for our parents to enjoy during the winter months. What started as something personal quickly grew into something more.
We discovered a passion for creating spaces where people could truly rest, reconnect, and feel cared for. In many ways, it felt like a natural extension of our work in the medical field—another way to support people during meaningful moments in their lives.
As we welcomed more guests, we began to recognize a deeper need—especially for families traveling for medical care. That insight led us to expand into Rochester, Minnesota, providing furnished homes near Mayo Clinic designed to offer more than just a place to stay.
We wanted to create spaces that brought comfort, normalcy, and a sense of peace during what can often be challenging seasons.
From there, StayScapes continued to grow—intentionally and thoughtfully. Today, we host medical travelers, business professionals, corporate stays, relocating families, and guests seeking an elevated home-away-from-home across multiple destinations.
Each StayScapes property is carefully curated with comfort, quality, and consistency in mind. Whether it’s a cozy home, a modern apartment, or a relaxing retreat, every space is designed to feel effortless, welcoming, and dependable from the moment you arrive.
We live in a small Minnesota town with our sweet dog, Grace, and are proud parents of five grown children—now entering a new season as grandparents. Family has always been at the center of our lives, and it naturally became the foundation of how we host.
